Sharp objects such as stones etc. must be moved from the area of clean grass where a castle is to be sited.
A responsible adult must supervise the castle at all times and climbing on or over the walls of the castle must be strictly prohibited.
Never overcrowd a castle. Maximum of 6 children and if possible segregate younger and older children.
You never allow pets to enter the unit.

The hirer to cover any hard surfaces adjacent to the entrance/exit should provide mats or soft materials.
Users should remove spectacles, pens, buckles and shoes or any other hard objects before using the castle.
Dreamtime bouncy castles and its employees reserve the right to refuse to hire to anyone they deem not suitable without having to give an explanation.
Dreamtime bouncy castles or its employees will not be held liable for late or non-delivery whatever the cause or reason.
Dreamtime bouncy castles units are hygienically pressure-washed regularly, and in order to maintain these high standards for all the users, the supervisor must ensure that no food or drink be consumes within the unit.
Dreamtime bouncy castles or its employees will not be liable for any accidents, damages or injuries that may occur through the hire of this inflatable.
The hirer will be liable for any damages caused through misuse or neglect. Under no circumstances should the hirer move the unit.
